Kentuckiana Coaliton Membership Requirements
A Club, Organization, or Association must have been in existence for at least one year, prior to submitting an application for membership, but can attend Coalition Meetings as a visitor until that time.
A Club, Organization, or Association must have at least 5 Members upon submittal of their application.
Upon acceptance, a Club, Organization, or Association must pay a $120.00 Annual Fee and purchase Coalition patches for all Members. Coalition patches are $3.50 for the 3 ½ inch patch, and / or $7 for the armbands.
A Club, Organization, or Association must attend at least 2 regularly scheduled Coalition Meetings prior to submitting an application to join.
When submitting an application, a Club, Organization, or Association must have 5 members present at that meeting.
Upon acceptance, a Club, Organization, or Association will have the opportunity to submit one date (i.e., Anniversary, Annual Party, etc.) to the Coalition Calendar. Each year, that date will be deemed as a Mandatory Coalition Event and will be supported by 100% of the Coalition.
Although each Club, Organization, or Association should appoint two representatives, and is allowed to have two votes, you are required to have at least one representative present at every monthly meeting. Monthly meetings are held the 4th Sunday of each month unless otherwise noted at the previous meeting. If unable to attend, a call should be made to the Director or Secretary of the Coalition to inform them of your absence.
Each year, the Coalition will host a minimum of three Events and one Community Service Event. Upon acceptance, the Club, Organization, or Association agrees to support these Events 100%.
The Events are listed as follows:
Fallen Riders Banquet (2nd Sunday in January)
Spring Poker Run (2nd Sunday in April)
Fall Poker Run (2nd Sunday in October)
Community Service Event (during Thanksgiving/ Christmas season)
